YYSI Privacy Notice
Current data handling for YYSI page counts, optional interest-list emails, and public share cards.

This notice describes the YYSI website as implemented on October 20, 2026. For privacy questions or data requests, use [email protected]. Include the information needed to locate the relevant record; do not send passwords or identity documents unless a legitimate need and secure process have been established.
Visits and aggregate statistics
Our site records aggregate counts by UTC date and page path, and aggregate external referrer hostnames when supplied by the browser. The visitor register is a visit counter, not a count of identifiable people. The application’s analytics tables do not store full referrer URLs, IP addresses, or user-agent strings.
Cloudflare hosts and serves the site and its database. Hosting and security infrastructure may process network/request information, including IP addresses, separately from those aggregate application tables. This notice does not claim that infrastructure receives no personal data.
Optional email interest list
If you submit the interest form, the application stores your normalized email address and its registration timestamp. Email alert delivery has not launched. Submission records interest in a future service; it does not mean that an email was sent. The current application has no automatic expiry for interest-list records. Contact the publisher if you want your record removed.
Text tools and public share cards
Typing in the Replacer converts text in your browser. Pressing “Share card” sends the converted text and replacement count to our server, stores them with an identifier and timestamp, and creates a public link. Anyone with that link can view the card. Do not share confidential or personal information through this feature. The application currently has no automatic expiry for cards; contact the publisher with the card URL for a removal request.
The optional replacement API sends submitted text to the server to process the request. Its current handler does not persist that text in an application table. Ordinary infrastructure request processing still applies.
External resources and links
The site loads font styles and font files from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts that service when it fetches those resources. Following a source, social-share, or external product link takes you to another service with its own data practices. This site does not presently integrate an advertising network or affiliate tracker.
Cookies and changes
The application does not currently implement advertising cookies or a cross-site advertising profile. Infrastructure and external services may have their own technical behavior. Before adding advertising, affiliate tracking, or materially different collection, we will update this notice and implement applicable disclosure/choice requirements. There is no automatic expiry for existing aggregate counters.
