Translate a document paragraph by paragraph
Add a PDF or paste text; paragraphs are translated in place and shown with the original for review. A glossary keeps product or brand terms exactly as you specify.
How to use it
- Sign in, then add a text-based PDF or paste your text.
- Choose the target language and list locked terms, then run the task (1 trial).
- Review each paragraph against the original, edit inline, then copy or download.
Limits & formats
PDFs up to 30 MB (first 20 pages) or 12,000 characters of pasted text; paragraphs are separated by blank lines. Translation preserves meaning, not the original layout — this is not desktop publishing. Locked terms are best-effort: always review names, numbers and legal wording. The server rejects results that skip or merge paragraphs.
Privacy
Your text is sent through YYSI's server to our AI provider (DeepSeek) as the task input. YYSI stores paragraph counts, token usage and the translation — not your file. Results are kept for 24 hours, then become unavailable.
