Pull the fields out of a receipt photo
The AI reads the printed fields and returns them as structured data you can correct inline. Values are never calculated or "corrected" — and this is data-entry assistance, not tax or accounting verification.
How to use it
- Sign in, then add one receipt photo (or paste a screenshot).
- Optionally hint the currency, then run the task (1 trial).
- Check every value against the photo, fix inline, then export CSV.
Limits & formats
One image per task, up to 10 MB, downscaled to 2,000 px before sending. Up to 50 line items. Blurred, crumpled or multi-receipt photos will produce flagged uncertainties — the tool marks them instead of guessing. Amounts are transcribed, not validated: totals are not recomputed and results are not tax documents.
Privacy
Your image is sent through YYSI's server to our AI provider (DeepSeek) and is not stored. YYSI stores token usage and the extracted fields only. Results are kept for 24 hours, then become unavailable.
