Sort open feedback into topics you can count
Every comment gets exactly one topic label, and you can audit each assignment. Totals and shares come from the program, so a sampled input stays honest about what it covers.
How to use it
- Sign in, then paste one comment per line (or "id|text").
- Run the task (1 trial).
- Audit the per-comment list, then export CSV or copy the topic summary.
Limits & formats
Up to 30,000 characters and 500 comments per task; each comment is capped at 500 characters. If your input is a sample, the percentages describe that sample only — the page says so next to the numbers. Topics are capped for readable summaries.
Privacy
Your comments are sent through YYSI's server to our AI provider (DeepSeek). Strip personal data from comments before pasting — YYSI stores token usage, the topic assignments and the summary, not the full text, for 24 hours.
