Generate Excel & Sheets formulas
Describe the task in plain language, mention the exact column layout, optionally paste a few sample rows, and run the task. The formula comes with a short explanation.
How to use it
- Sign in, then describe what you want to calculate.
- State the columns (e.g. A = order date, B = amount), choose the software and separator.
- Run the task (1 trial); check the formula against your real sheet before relying on it.
Limits & formats
Up to 3,500 characters of description plus 1,000 characters of sample data. Formulas are generated from your description — always test them on a copy of your sheet first; the AI cannot see your actual file.
Privacy
Your description is sent through YYSI's server to our AI provider (DeepSeek). YYSI stores only character counts, token usage and the result — do not paste confidential data you would not share with a cloud service. Results are kept for 24 hours, then become unavailable; expired results are cleared during subsequent tool requests.
